ID for Glastonbury: The Glastonbury Festival website states the following: – Original ID documents (not photocopies) are needed for: Hospitality tickets, Challenge 21, Lead Booker for coach packages, Sunday tickets – Photocopy of ID is okay if a child is under 12 but looks older – Standard public ticket – no ID required as photo on ticket

Too much stuff so you can’t take it home again- Luckily we provide your accommodation so that’s one less thing to carry!

Please don’t bring gazebos – they take up valuable tent space in the campsites plus an awful lot of them get left behind.

Only food and alcohol for personal consumption can be brought onsite

Excess packaging – if you purchase something new for the Festival, please remove all the excess packing at home, before you arrive

Please don’t bring anything in a glass bottle, it will be confiscated if found

You may be searched at the entrance for any items that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner – which will be confiscated. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities onsite may also be searched and face eviction. No portable laser equipment or pens are permitted

NO animals (except registered guide dogs), sound systems, generators, sky lanterns or kites, unauthorised fireworks, or wax flares. We also have a no BBQ rule on the Ziggucamp site.

Persons using fireworks will be evicted from site and materials confiscated. No unauthorised tape recorders, professional film or video equipment are allowed onsite. Cameras for personal use are welcome

Sound systems

Flying or filming with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs, or so-called drones) is not allowed on site before, during or after the Festival – and is prohibited by law. We have a working site and the safety of our guests and staff is paramount

No Drugs, dangerous substances or Nitrous oxide (laughing gas).

Our Check-in Tent will be located at the entrance to our field and from there our on-site staff will show you to your accommodation.

Please ensure:

1. You bring your booking reference with you.

2. You arrive within the check-in opening times stated on the arrivals instructions page

All our accommodations are pre-allocated to each individual booking prior to your arrival and will be reserved for you no matter what day you arrive at the festival.

All our accommodations are pitched and ready for use from when the festival campsite gate opens until it closes. Check the website of the festival you are attending for campsite opening and closing times.

For Glastonbury Festival 2024. Ziggucamp will be open to guests from Wednesday 26th June at Midday until our latest checkout time of Midday on Monday 1st July.

Check-in times are from Midday on Wednesday 26th until Midnight. Thursday 27th and Friday 28th check-in times are from 8am - 11pm.

Our car park is situated in the next field to our accommodation. It is less than a few hundred meters away and you will of course have access to your vehicles during your stay.

We will be very happy to assist you with your luggage upon check-in.

Sorry, but we do not allow pets within the campsite (except registered guide dogs).

For our fire safety policy we unfortunately DON’T allow campfires or BBQ’s at Ziggucamp.

We would also like to advise that Chinese lanterns are NOT permitted at Ziggucamp.

Yes if you book multiple accommodation on the same order you'll be placed next to each other by default (providing its the same type of tent/accommodation).

Alternatively please email us at info@ziggucamp.co.uk with the order numbers and lead booking names of the accommodation that you'd like to be placed together. This again would need to be the same type of accommodation and we must be notified at least 2 months prior to the festival.

Yes, all of our accommodation comes with four 3-pin plug sockets as standard.

Please be advised this is for phone charging only.

Anything more powerful and the supply to your accommodation, and those around you, may trip.

Location

Ziggucamp is located on the A361, the West side of the festival, and a short three minute journey from the festival Bronze Gate.

We're very happy to offer all of our guests a Free Shuttle Service running 24 hours a day at regular intervals and on demand for your convenience. The Ziggucamp customer shuttle service will be in operation from:

Noon Wednesday 26th June through to Noon Monday 1st July 2024

The shuttles will run to and from a designated area just inside the Bronze Gate at the festival site which is located just off the A361. This will provide our customers with walking access to Pedestrian Gates A and D (roughly between 500 metres for Gate A and 800 metres for Gate D).

Yes you can move in and out of Glastonbury Festival easily. You will be issued with a pass out ticket when you leave the festival site which you must keep and use when re-entering the festival.

From the Bus & Coach Station you will need to make your way to the Bronze Gate (Private Bus/Taxi Rank) and get our own shuttle to Ziggucamp, this is a short walk passed Pedestrian Gate A.

When you get to our shuttle just advise our drivers that you have arrived by train but have a booking with us.

You'll need to get the free shuttle to the festival site from Castle Cary Station, this will take you to the festival Bus & Coach Station.

From here you will need to make your way to the Bronze Gate (Private Bus/Taxi Rank) and get our own shuttle to Ziggucamp, this is a short walk passed Pedestrian Gate A.

When you get to our shuttle just advise our drivers that you have arrived by train but have a booking with us.

You can do this, but you are at the mercy of traffic and particularly on Monday it can be difficult for vehicles to enter the area due to the festival traffic management plan.

We do not have any taxi affiliations that we can provide.

This requires an accommodation and car parking pass booking with us and is discretionary, reach out to us at info@ziggucamp.co.uk to see if it is possible.

Bookings

Sorry, but for security reasons and so that we can control the use of the services provided within our field, only people who book pre-pitched accommodation will be allowed into the Ziggucamp field. Wristbands will be issued to identify Ziggucamp guests.

You can make a booking from anywhere in the world. Please enter your home address as we may need to verify it with you if making any amendments to your booking.

You can pay by debit or credit card online at the time of making your booking. Please be advised we do not accept American Express.

Please check you are using one of the cards that we accept. If problems continue please contact us.

We allow bookings with a 50%, fully refundable, deposit prior to the main Glastonbury Festival ticket sale. After this, all bookings are required to be paid in full.

We do not post out any tickets for you to check-in to your tent. We will email you a booking confirmation with your booking reference number that you will need as reference to check-in to your tent.

Car Park Passes will be posted out to you so please ensure you email us if you change address. Why did I not receive a confirmation email?

Please check your spam/bulk/junk/quarantine email folders for your confirmation email.

If you cannot find your confirmation please email us or contact us and we will re-send your booking confirmation.

We will post out car parking passes no later than 4 weeks prior to the festival. Those with addresses overseas can collect their passes from Reception upon check in.
If you have purchased parking with us and have not received your pass please don't worry too much as we can also issue it upon arrival

Yes completed just refers to the payment. This means you’ve paid for your order and all is well with your booking.
